Well, there might be a few reasons why that is:
1. You probably don't take care (like brushing your hair every morning and night and taking showers.) your hair everyday.
2. Your hair is still growing, but it's taking a while because of your scalp.
3. You have been cutting or dying your hair lately.
Or 4. You take showers, but you probably use too much shampoo and conditioner.

If you take extra-virgin olive oil and warm it up just a little bit and apply it to your scalp massages and hang your head upside down for about five minutes do this for about two weeks and you know a difference.

Braid your hair more often or sleep with your hair braided :)
