Ohh okay :) so pretty much just treat it like you would your own hair. If you use a lot of heat, it will break off. Always condition and use heat protectants. When you go to sleep put your hair in a loose braid so it'll be less damaging

But like what Velen questioned, I meant more so along the lines of that. The type of install determines how to take care of your natural hair.

Since it's sew in, you should do everything I mentioned before, andddd make sure you're conditioning your scalp. That's probably most important because you don't want your scalp and hair to dry out.

Since it's a sew in they will probably attach a net to your braids (your hair texture can cause slippage.) So I suggest that you:
-make sure your braids are 10000% dry (blow dry it) after you wash it or it can cause scalp mold
-never sleep without a satin bonnet or satin scarf on
-wrap your hair at night, or pin curl or flexirod or whatever. Just don't leave it loose
-always detangle your hair after washing and at night before bed
-don't scratch or rub together when washing but smooth the product in a downward motion
-always use heat protectant and Cowash
- also SAY AWAY from hair styling products if you want your hair to last. That means no hair spray, serums or anything. Leave in conditioner and a tiny bit of argan oil is all you need
