Looks nice, I wouldn't connect the two lines in the center corner though. Personally I don't like eyeliner on the bottom, only a little but that's me.

It's nice, but.if you put pencil or eyeliner on the waterline it makes your eyes look smaller. :) otherwise it's pretty.
