If you use any sort of acne things on your face, use them on your body too. I use the Target black head scrub. I get weird pimply things when I shave sometimes and I use it on those areas and they clear right up

I started using Heron Beauty's Acne Treatment serum, and it's helped me get rid of the acne on my face and body. I also switched from using regular soap to hand-made soap. I figured out that the chemicals in things like zest or dove soap bars were breaking me out. I get soap now from Whole Foods, and it seems to help a lot.

Also Mario Badescu has great chest/back since masks and cleansers. It works good on scarring too and has evened out my skin tone too. It's really affordable too you can get it at your local beauty shop or mariobadescu.com. Good luck girlie

This has happened to me before, but on my back. One thing that I did that helped was I started getting treatments with an esthetician at my dermatologist office. I also use my Clarisonic with Murad's body scrub (which has like 1 or 2% salicylic acid in it) every other day over the problem areas. Mario Badescu has fantastic products as well that helped my bacne. And be sure to moisturize your body too, because sometimes using a lot of products can dry out your skin too much and that becomes a whole other problem!

I started taking D3 vitamins, like 2,000 or 5,000 in the little capsules. Cleared of within a week or two! If you notice it gets better when the skin is exposed to sun this might work.

Wash your upper body with a head and shoulders dandruff shampoo, it works wonders. I haven't had body acne since I started using it, and the shampoos smell amazing!

I know this may sound funny and the product is geared towards males but any axe product is amazing it leaves skin clear as a whistle and you smell great i use it and i dont have skin break outs

my sister had the excact same problem as you, you should use proactiv and also maybe go to the doctors because then they will see how bad it is and may give you medication to treat it that helped a lot for my sister and she doesn't have it anymore hope i have given you some help
