I used to have super long hair until I got this "wonderful" idea to cut it off. Now I'm having the worst trouble growing it out at the same time as keeping it healthy. I don't like my hair without straightening it , but I've been trying to stay away from it. I also take biotin pills. Any extra health tips for fast growing hair? (:

You should braid it or put it in a bun more often to keep it health with no heat.

Yep protective styles like braids etc.YouTube it and doing deep conditioning treatments get trims when you see any split ends and really cut down on heat it makes such a difference if you want to straighten make sure you use a good heat protectant and let it air dry rather than blow dry so that you use less heat and also drink plenty of water and sea kelp and folic acid help your hair grow x

I don't like braids with my front bangs unstraightened. My bangs have a wave in them & they are not appealing lol

Braid your hair at night and whenever you're just lounging around your house. Keep your hair up as much as possible; the less your ends are rubbing on your clothes the less breakage and split end you'll have. Deep condition your hair every 2-4 weeks. Scalp massages with warm extra virgin olive oil help stimulate hair growth. Get shampoo that's. fulfate free and don't wash your hair everyday

You could braid it and bobby pin your bangs to the side?

Give your scalp a massage every day for 10 minutes and flip your head upside down for about 2 minutes to get the blood circulating around the follicles. Healthy, nourishing hair masks, are a must, I use one called pro naturals Moroccan argan oil hair mask, it’s very moisturizing and it makes your hair really healthy. Also, get regular trims to prevent split ends and encourage healthy growth.
