How to enhance hair/nail growth?

My hair is at that awkward stage where it isn't long or short or medium. I don't know. I want it to grow faster. I got it cut a few months ago above my breasts and now it mostly covers them. My hair is in between fine and thick.
And my nails! They grow quickly but they are very weak and break easily. How do I enhance growth and strengthen them(and avoid chewing??)

With nails stop n grow is a nail polish that you apply and it tastes gross this way it makes you not want to eat or chew your nails. Also drink a heap of milk calcium helps strengthen your nails and you will find that they don't break that much and grow really long... I also use a nail strengthening nail polish that makes them thick and strong.😜😜😋😋💅💅

With hair I am not very sure...sorry...😁😥

Thank you! I tried using clear nail polish but it all came off and I didn't have time to constantly apply so I went back to biting.
