Neutral tones actually look great on blue eyes. Gold, brown, copper, reddish, orangey, tan- the list goes on. If you look on YouTube I know Pixiwoo has a blue eyes makeup tutorial. It's all about practice- you'll find what works for you but you have to try different things, watch YouTube gurus. Even go to a makeup counter and get your makeup done and ask them to explain it to you as you go!

One of my favorite things to do is use super dark blue as eyeliner. Sometimes I use it on its own, sometimes I mix it in with black. Adding the touch of blue really makes my eyes pop.
