Throwing out all my very old make up and starting over next pay check. What are some must haves for the perfect make up collection??

You need a good make up primer to start and make sure your makeup stays on for as long as you need. A good primer that I like to use is the glitter primer by elf it gets the job done while not hurting my wallet. Then I would suggest a face lotion that moisturizer so that the any foundation or concealer you use doesn't flake of. Then the rest depends on how creative you want to become. The basics I can't live without other then my primer and lotion are mascara, eyeliner (gel), lip stick, and cream eye shadow ( to enhance the eyeliner). You also might what to get some lip gloss so you can mix the shade of you lip stick to get an all new look. I wish you luck Shelby and I hope made your life a little easier.

I would get a lot of different lip colors, definitely mascara, eyeliner, liquid eyeliner, blush, & if you wanna start all over maybe you can invest in a new makeup brush set (;
