I usually mix honey and sugar as an exfoliater rib it off with a warm cloth them put lip bam on.

Whatever you do don't rub water on your lips it will only make them worse! Honey normally helps me when I have that problem!

You can also do a lip scrub with an old tooth brush and olive oil and sugar.

Take a shower with a THICK layer or Chapstick on, ten when you get out, wet a wash cloth with hot water and rub your lips gently! That worked for me when my lips were bleeding and peeling!

I definitely agree with lia. but I like to add coconut oil and vitamin e oil for extra moisture. & then after I use the lip scrub I will apply my lip balm and vitamin e oil again. Hope this helps!

Sleep with Vaseline on your lips every night. I don't recommend exfoliating until its fully healed.
