New to the makeup thing but I really wanna learn that :(
I have a wedding to attend and I wanna hide some of my scars..

I have been watching video's on YouTube lately but when I try at home it looks pathetic..

I wana know what premier is and what is that spray which gals use to set the foundation..!
I need ya hlp gals..!

Primer helps your makeup go on smoother and helps it stay longer and its setting spray...elf makes a cheap one otherwise urban decay has nice ones

I have a lot of dark acne scars and here is what I do - for primer I just go for something matte because my face is oily but for scars look for a yellow base if you have purple scars that is meant to color correct - then use a full coverage foundation like kat von d, MUFE, estee lauder or dermablend - set your foundation with some powder - then go over it with concealer in areas you need it most where the foundation couldn't cover - then set the concealer with transluscent powder and after your base is done feel free to fill in your brows play up your eyes and add some blush and lip color - then when everything is done set with setting spray - I like UD all nighter setting spray - this routine helps my makeup last all day and scars are hidden until I wipe off the makeup at night - hope that helps!

Hi apporva. M I love using covergirl 3in 1 foundation mixed with l'oreal lumi foundation to give it smoother look covergirl 3in 1 foundation is difficult on its own or if your not looking for foundation I personally love smashbox photo finish primer is your skin allergic to silicone if yes then avoid what moisturizer are you using at this moment :)

Okay..
1) primer basically preps the face for makeup. it covered pores & fine lines so it makes your skin look smooth & silky. it also helps your foundation stay in place a lot longer. they're mostly silicon based, but you can get ones that aren't. Too Faced Primed & Poreless is amazing, but I'm using Hard Candy skin perfecting primer which is working great as well.
2) that spray is called setting spray. it's basically like hairspray for makeup, lol. it keeps your makeup in place a lot longer than just using primer itself. Urban Decay's All Nighter settings pray is great! I use it daily.

I personally love a blender sponge I've had a couple relatives that have this problem as well :) I love moisturizing there skin with yes to carrots it has a silicone feel to it when smooth all over face specially try were the skin gives you problem areas I love to keep it as calm to let the foundation apply smooth there use what ever foundation you could get :) I personally love revlon colorstay Covergirl 3in 1 L'oreal lumi foundation

Smashbox primer l'oreal lumi primer is amazing aswell I also noticed if I don't want to wear makeup I use this lumi primer which really bounced in camouflaged all my redness and acne

When covering scars and stuff, be careful not to just put cover up all over the scar. It actually draws attention to it. Watch this video to see what I am talking about. I know Kat von d makes a good coverup. Its used for tattoos but lots of girls swear by it. Also with primers, make sure you rub it in really really well. also be careful to stick with either oil based or water based. if you use an oil based primer then use a water based foundation, they will seperate and your face will look awful. if you have dry skin use oil based and if you have oily skin use water based.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmvcI3q53_0&list=FLKXyTeI52kBEu76mVY2usag.

Primer : helps the makeup to stay on, you can get eye, face and lip primers.
since it is a wedding that you are going too I highly suggest you moisturize, primer, foundation, concealer and setting powder.
the best full coverage foundation I have used is Cover FX foundation- it is incredible it is designed and origionally created to help users cover things like scars and skin pigmentation and other dermetelogical issues.

There are many setting sprays out there but probably one of the best and easiest one that you can get your hands on is the URBAN DECY setting sprays.
They have different sprays that will match to what type of skin you have.
Good Luck. Take it easy. Give yourself plenty of time and don't rush when applying!!

moisturize
primer
foundation
concealer
setting powder - If you plan to contour with creams do so before the setting powder, of you plan to contour with powders do after the setting powder- thats if you want to contour. Xx
