My friend is turning 14 this week and I love her soooo much! I wanna get her something awesome for her birthday and she's really into makeup! what do you girls suggest?

A eyeshadow palette! And maybe like a lipstick or powder to go as well!!
I do recommend of you thinking of what kind of palette she would like! Neutral? Shimmer?etc!!
Also shes your best friend you would obviously know what best besides us! :)
