Use lemon juice and sugar on a cotton pad as a natural exfoliant, it's amazing brightens and softens your skin so much!! Also after rinsing your face with hot water, rinse with cold water straight after to tighten an close pores!

- Use moisturiser that is suitable for your skin
- Take off your makeup each night so your skin can breathe
- Exercise
- Exfoliate 1-2 times per week
- Drink LOADS of water
- Use all-natural or vegan products (I use Liz Earle or Elemis which contains all-natural ingredients, doesn't not test on animals and contains no parabens)
- Eat healthily and save sweets and treats for certain days
