Blue? well then option 2, option 3 is a bit to dark, and option 1 is to light. but honey you could probably pull off red,black,honey would look gorgeous. And You're going to have to cut off your hair if you change your mind.

I love the second one personally buy for you I would say either the first one or the royal or pastel symone posted. I think any of those would look great on you. also I started dying my hair when I was seven so do whatever makes you happy and makes you feel good! I know its not the best for your hair (your pretty much ruining it until it grows out all the way but hey its just hair) I'm actually dying my hair blue too (;

Wait hold up... How old are you. Cause you have healthy hair and should keep it. Trust me once you get older you will wish you listened to me. I'm not trying to be mean or anything don't get me wrong. But your hair will get thinner and when your hair becomes grey then dye it. Honey your beautiful. Don't do it.
