Sometimes if you don't rinse shampoo and conditioner out properly it will make you itch and its more than likely that is the reason as the back of your neck is at an awkward place to rinse :-)

It can also be the weather change this does happen to a lot of people that I know. make sure you moisturize your scalp and hair
