I LOVE makeup!! I've been thinking of starting a YouTube channel. I'm not a makeup artist and have so much to learn. Any tips for a beginner starting a beauty channel??

I like watching reviews on makeup products to include a demo, not too much talking, keep it simple & straight to the point. Do a daily foundation routine, hauls & monthly favorites. Ask your subscribers for request & prepare to ignore rude comments. I see people fighting all the time with their keyboards, Lol!

Honestly put your skills out there like on sites just like this, your pics of what you can do, see if you can build a following by that, because then they will watch you! I think it's really hard to start a YouTube video anymore unless you're really lucky, or already have a following. We all pretty much have found our favorite youtubers, so you've got to be different or really talented.

When I started out I wasn't very "experienced" but looking at my videos now I feel I've gotten better and learned more things, so I'm sure the same thing will happen to you and plus if you don't know how to do something you can always look it up, but remember to just have fun with it :)

I started a youtube channel about three months ago. I'm a beginner and still learning as I go along. I say keep your channel beauty related but with variety. Do tutorials, reviews, hauls, favs or even beauty tags. Try and keep things short, simple and clear for people to see. Good Luck!
