Most acne treatments do strip moisture but you could use a very low percentage of benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid and then an oil free moisturizer if you have oily or combination skin or a moisturizer with oil if you have dry skin.
A lot of home remedies are also good at fighting acne and not drying out skin. May favorites are
Honey mask for 30 min
Olive oil mask for 30 min
Plain Greek yogurt mask for 10-15 minutes
