Keep your hands stable..and line under to waterline slowly.

It helps if you stretch your eyelid to the side!

But if you stretch your lids too much then you will get premature wrinkles

Don't stretch your eyelid its bad for your eyes and it makes the line appear bigger than it is so it might go wrong,try putting your elbow on a solid surface like a table or desk while applying so you have more control,with eyeliner pratice makes perfect.

I don't suggest stretching the eyelid. Rest your pinky finger on you check while lining the eyes.

And have a mirror 45 degrees below you so that you are looking slightly downwards while applying.

I lean my head back so my eyelid is flat and then I dry the line closer to my lashline
