Ok so basically I'm pretty good at hair and makeup especially smokey eyes, but I have one Huge problem, I cannot do top eyeliner! O have tried endless times but I always end up looking like a panda!! Please help me? Tips tutorial links suggestions ANYTHING x

Go to YouTube and type in the search bar "liquid eyeliner tutorial". There are tonnes to choose from and each person has their own unique way of applying it. Have a look through and I'm sure you'll get the hang of a method of you watch and practice :')
