Your hair isn't too short to ombre you'll just have to start higher up, maybe start from the top of the jawline, this will also make your hair look longer:)

Ask for more of a gradient rather than ombre. I think ombre looks are so overdone now. also the softer colours look better overall. not all of us need to get on that last bus to ombre! lol.

It isn't too short. Like Ellis said you'd have to start higher up. And I think a more subtle ombré would suit you instead of two drastically different colors.
