I recently bought some tea tree products from the body shop but everything I have used has felt like its burning my skin, it feels like I stuck my head in a oven. Is this normal? Also I am getting little bumps on my cheeks which has never happened before. Should I keep it? Or return it?

Tea tree is like a natural antiseptic and antiseptic stuff sometimes burns but it does seem like an allergic reaction, return

What products did you buy? I have the tea tree toner, the oil and the tea tree blotting tissues. Sometimes the toner and the oil sting a little but maybe if you're getting little bumps then it's not for your skin type? Idk lol but I know that the stinging is normal.

I sometimes react with tea tree and I get this burning sensation too. you ought to see a doctor. I tend to ignore mine and get more spots :(

I have the tea tree products from the body shop and its weird because they feel fine on me and don't leave any bumps. I would recommend seeing a doctor.

I agree. That seems like an allergic reaction. Go back to the store and talk to them.

Go check with the store. If you are getting hives from it, stop using it. That's your skin telling you no thank you.(: I'm sorry that happened, I hate buying new things and having them not work out.
