Honey is antibacterial so it gets it c,ean and is very moisturizing. So I would say, that, mango, and milk because all of those are intensive moisturizers. Not so good with hair but I just tried... And olive oil as a SUPER deep conditioner. Ok if your not careful it WILL look oily but it works...so well...for dry and damaged hair it is so amazing...I use it once a month just because it is so intensive.

Egg mixed with honey. It's smelly but the results are amazing. Also, get a good moisturising conditioner, and literaly just leave it in!! Wet your hair and leave it. But don't put it on the roots.
