A lazy eye shouldn't affect doing your makeup, only sight (double vision, and if it isn't bad then not often even). Wear glasses (not contacts, they don't help as well) and do eye exercises to strengthen the muscles in your eyes (hold a finger up about a foot away in front of your face, slowly bring it into your nose following with eyes [so ending up with crossing eyes], do this 20 times in a row 3 times a day)

I'd do something easy. Brown shadow in the crease, a colorful eyeshadow on the lid (sweep some under the bottom lid too, just a thin line), and mascara! This should be a mess proof look that's easy to replicate on both eyes. If you want to spice it up, apply eyeliner to your waterline :) hope this helps
