I make my own and love it. I let cinnamon sticks soak in olive oil then apply a bit of the oil to my lips. works great.

^I was just going to suggest cinnamon in oil haha! yeah it does work well. A good drugstore plumper is elf's lip plumper. :) hope this helps!

I don't really measure it. just put enough oil to cover the sticks in a shallow dish about the size of the sticks and leave it for about 5 Days. longer for more more of an effect. I put mine I'm an old cleaned out lip gloss tube and put it on every day when I do my makeup then put it in my purse in case I need a bit more plumping.

Soap and Glory's sexy motherpucker totally works well, I just hate that its so sticky feeling. I recently tried one of the hard candy plumping serum ones... and for the price its worth a try. I personally really liked the fusion beauty one but just out of my price range.
