I've Always Wanted To Learn How To Line My Upper Waterline With An Eyeliner Pencil But Everytime I've Tried , It Sort Of Hurt And Felt Extremely Foreign. Soo How Do I Do It Without Flinching Or Blinking? (:

I slighly pull my lid up and then line with a pencil. I think it just takes practice. (:

Tightlining is scary at first, even I flinch a little still! Lift your eyelid up more so it's more exposed, so the pencil can just glide and not have to stab in your eye lol. Look away or just to the side when lining so you aren't staring directly at the pencil, that's what's going to make you blink and flinch. It takes practice but you'll get good soon!

Yep. It takes practice, and it'll feel really weird at first. Just take baby steps! Do It section by section. Pull up your eyelashes when you do this. You'll soon be able to do it in a breeze ^.^
