Ask your hairdresser if you can do them at the same time. I'm not sure if it'll be too much for your hair all at once or if you'll have to wait a little in between.

Dye it 2 weeks before the perm and deep condition between the dye and perm. Then after the perm you can dye it 2 weeks after. :)

Never perm and color at the same time. both, especially the perm will damage your hair very much. I've had my last perm done in june and I've been treating it to get healthy again but its very hard, the only quick fix is cutting! when you color it on top of that, there will be a good chance your hair will break off! if you really want a hair chance, choose one not both. good luck ;)

Perm, wait 3 weeks, then color. If you color beforehand, the perm will fade the color.

I can say from personal experience when I had a perm and dyed my hair within a couple weeks of each other my hair became a total frizzy mess. I do not have frizzy hair naturally. My hair is naturally thin and very straight, I wanted a body wave perm and went to the best hair salon in my town. At first the perm looked fine. Then a week into it the curls were just frizz balls, even when I used a redken deep conditioner. I cannot imagine what would have happened if I didn't use it. Hope this helped:)

It dries your hair out so much! My sister did it.
