I don't think you can get rid of them but you can cover them.. I've heard hard candys glamoflauge works well... but I personally don't like mine covered I often get compliments for them..

My mom she HAD freckles and as she got older they went away and she said that se missis having freckles same thing here I got freckles and I really don't think about it. so probaly as you get older they probaly would fade or go away
