You know your nails have as much if not more bacteria under them as a toilet seat,try dipping them into lemon juice or a chilli sauce unless you like really hot sauce lol but you will stop eventually anyway.

Paint your nails with a horrible tasting nail varnish, and rub argan oil on them for strength.

Yeah I did what Angharad said ^ and I stopped bitting them lol now they won't stop growing haha
