I've been using almond oil. It absorbs quickly, is practically odorless and nourishes. Apricot oil is good as well. Try applying before bedtime or directly after out of a shower. I apply it about an hour or so before I do my make up, but if you're light with application, I'm sure 15 minutes prior would be fine. Avoid powdering around the area as well.
