Well actually some people can't get rid of under eye bags as it could be from sun exposure or a different pigmentation under your eye... It sounds like your healthy and sleeping so it could be natural?

It could also be from allergies. you may want to go to the doctor and get tested. If that is the cause taking allergy medicine will clear it up in s few days.

It could be your diet or it could be genetic. Either way it's really hard to completely get rid of the bags. I recommend learning how to minimize them by highlighting/concealing the shadows. Watch the tutorial for eye bags by Wayne goss on YouTube. It's super helpful!

Under eye bags or puffiness may be caused by high sodium level in your diet...Try cutting back on salt a bit and have lots of water...You can soothe the under eye area by placing a cold silver spoon or rubbing cold milk/rose water!! A good eye cream goes a long way in keeping the area moisturized!! Good luck :)

If you try the tea method I have found it easiest to brew it using a decent amount of bags to make it more concentrated and pour it in an ice cubes tray.
