I put my hair in a braid! As if you leave your hair out normal can cause more nots, hair lose like couple of strands on your bed, etc.

If I just showered, then I would just lay my hair out so its not touching my neck when I'm sleeping, but normally I would do anything to it since I shower in the mornings.

I put it in a pony tail, but I think that's damaging for even thick hair so I wouldn't recommend it.

I just brush it and leave it down. If its really hot sometimes a put it in a bun.
