I really want to do this for homecoming but I don't know how!! I don't have a curling iron and I can't curl my hair with a flat iron. Please help!

Wrap your hair loosely on a curling iron and hold for about 10 seconds. Thats basically it, it's just loose curls. Part of what makes this style look so beautiful are the highlights she has in her hair so it looks cooler. Aha

A large curling wand it looks like! Just don't hold your hair on the heat for that long so that It looks looser.

I did this for formal and I didn't have a curling wand either so I went out and bought one for like $20 and it was amazing.
