Unless you are balding from some sort of illness there is not point in trying to "fight" fallout. You naturally lose hair so that the hair growth cycle can start over.

Oh no I'm not sick or anything. My hair type is thin and loosing many strands of hair a day scares me a bit.

It's going to happen. The hair is falling out so new hair can grow in it's place. Looking up the phases of hair growth may help you better understand and feel more comfortable. Any shampoo brand or whatever that says it can stop hair fall is lying and just preying on people lack of knowledge of the hair growth cycle and people's insecurities.
