In the past year, almost two now, I've dealt with a lot of stress, resulting in hair falling out and thinning. My hair is also bleached blonde, and because of that it is dry and the ends are damaged. I would love to know which products would work best in repairing my hair, getting it to grow long at at least thicken a bit, as well as a way to get my natural hair color back without spending so much money going to a salon! I really want my healthy, soft and thick hair back.

I had damaged ends because of bleach also and I used cholesterol hair treatment and it helped with repairing them, as for thickening hair.. I think they have hair thickening shampoos. I'm not sure on the brands though.

I heard Moroccan repair mask is good. I'm having a similar problem and I actually just ordered it because a lot of people recommended it. a bit pricey though, around $40.

You can get what I suggested at Walmart. They also have a wide selection of other products in that brand.

I would use that Brazilian keratin therapy on bleached her! I dyed my hair and I started to use that because I couldn't dye and relax at the same time! It took my hair right out it was so thin after wards!

Trim the ends. damaged hair at the tips will move its way up the hair to your roots. cut it off before you damage your roots. if hair is falling out by the root its health related if you see no root then its breaking off from chemical damage. my hair was falling out from the root from stress. massage your scalp regularly its helps circulation and try your best to relax (I know its hard)

Living Proof Restore line. Pricey but absolutely amazing. I got a sample of the repair mask and immediately went and bought the regular size. My hair was absolutely disgusting after bleaching it and this stuff is what made the difference

You really just need the dead ends cut off so you can start fresh with your hair. Do deep conditioning masks once a week ( I. E. coconut oil one week | olive [or argon, etc] oil, honey and avocado another week.)
Massaging your scalp is also another good thing to do to stimulate the blood flow.
Try to stay away from as many other damaging chemicals since your hair is so fragile.
One last thing, take half an hour to meditate to calm yourself and slowly reduce your stress.

Oh, and you can wrap your head at night to protect it using a silk head wrap cloth thing.
