I got this hair dye to do my hair this pretty auburn color and it is gray now. My family says it looks alright but I am not sure. That is the color I got and that's what it turned out.

It looks like you were the victum of a box color switch. Look at the number on the bottle and if it matches what is on the box, if not someone switch them.

OR, you've totally bleached the holy hell out of your hair to the point that it won't hold color and it washed straight out. But normally when you use a red based color it has a red tint, not gray.

^ If she's over bleached her hair and it won't hold color, going to a hair stylist will do nothing. I would know, considering I am one. Hair stylists can't fix everything.

Just like Danielle said your hair is over processed to the point where it's not porous enough anymore to hold the color. You're going to have to wait awhile and do lots of conditioning treatments on it before it will hold color again.

I bleached it once in the last 6 months so I don't think it's over processed. And I do conditioning treatments once week. Should I wait A few weeks a dye over it?

If your hair is too porous to hold color, it won't make a difference how many conditioning treatments you use on it. It isn't going to take. The main length of your hair is years old and once damage is done you can't repair it. You have to let it grow out. No amount of conditioner can replace your cuticle after you've fried it off with chemicals. And your hair does look pretty dry from what I can see in that picture so I would not doubt the over processed idea at all.
Either way, obviously unless the color was switched as I said earlier your hair is obviously not responding well to that color. And to no surprise honestly, that brand is awful unless you're going jet black and it makes your hair feel like absolute crap then also. But repeating the color is going to do nothing other than over process your hair more.

A good stylist could help. You need a corrective color to put underlining pigment back it it. Look it up.

Boxes are not good. I'm a stylist I could fix that.
