To grow out your hair, Vitamins A, B, C, D, and K are important. Your diet takes a toll on your hair too - Omega 3 makes your hair healthy, luscious, and long. Omega 3 can b found in fish, chicken, the tablets, etc. water is also needed to grow out your hair! I hoped I helped :)

I love my hair short but I think its time to grow out my hair as well! Adding Biotin along with my multivitamin really helped my hair grow!

bioten (vitamin H) is amazing for hair growth and health. also good for nails and skin. keep trimming regularly so hair won't break off and seem like it's not growing at all!
