I need a self tanner that won't wipe off but gets me super dark fast and isn't super expensive.

Comodyne pads, but make sure you wash your whole body very well preferably with exfoliant for better results, and apply well you are still damp :)

A little on the pricey side but st.tropez mousse works fab! You can build up the tan in like 2 seconds.

If you are from Britain then boots own brand of tan is fabulous!
