Just using some brown eyeliner or black it will make them pop out or you can use nude eyeshadows it will compliment your eyes a lot :)!

You could highlight your inner corners of your eyes and your lower lashline. if you don't want to use black eyeliner :)

Everyone says not to, but greens and blues (I really like a nice bright green blue) can really make blue eyes stand out. They really open my eyes and brighten the color. I always get compliments when I wear them. I wish people with blue eyes would stop listening to not using those colors and the stick with neutrals, so not true!

Have you ever tried white eyeliner? I put some on my inner corner and blend it out then on my water line and with a light purple eyeliner I line the outer half of my eyes it blends the purple and white and creates a pretty gradient effect
