Hi! have you guys ever heard of crushing birth control pills into your shampoo and taking prenatal pills to grow hair?? If Yes, have any of you ladies tried it and does it work?

Could work, I haven't tried it. For growth, drink plenty of water daily and eat more proteins, fruit and veg (dark green veggies are the best). Massage your hair every day, wet or dry for about 10 mins and flip your head upside down for 20 seconds so that you can promote circulation in your scalp. Once or twice a week, massage your scalp with almond oil and leave it in for 15-30 minutes before washing it out. A healthy treatment does a lot to make your hair healthy, I use an argan oil from pro naturals and it works great.

I'd recommend doing what angel suggested before resorting to both control. Castor oil can be found at target in the beauty section (I'm sure other places too but thats where I get mine) and coconut oil can be found in the same aisle as any cooking oil. Good luck 7 (:

I've also heard that mane and tail shampoo help hair grow longer as well. I've never tried it myself, but it couldn't hurt to try.

Welcome! It does make my horses mane and tail super shiny and long so I'd imagine it'd do the same for human hair!
