My skin is extremely oily. Its at its worst when I apply makeup. What can I apply to my face before my foundation to prevent shiny and oily make up.

Use a toner and then a face primer. I love smashboxs face primer. It's amazing. Love it. But I definitely recommend using a toner first. And it's good for your face. I love MicaBellas Toner.
