This one girl said to poke through an Advil gel pill with a needle ( or some kind of gel that has ibuprofen ) and put the gel directly on it. I did this and it calmed the redness down of my pimples and I think it helped them get a little smaller.

I have that cleanser and it does nothing. sorry to say, but I actually never use it because it not only does a terrible job at cleaning, it doesn't treat acne.
