Cut them. There is no way to revive the dead. Just cut them and grow it out. Your hair will thank you for it

Yup, symone is right dear. :) but you should also use things to protect an keep it healthy so that you won't have to do the chop for awhile :) besides regular trips every 6-8 weeks.

Cut them, otherwise they will continue splitting all the way up the hair shaft and ruin all of your hair.
