What's the big deal about BB cream?

Bb cream is a tinted moisturizer. If you don't need heavy coverage you can use it or substitude it for a foundation.

I see. I usually just use Mary Kay mineral powder foundation & bronzer. Does it make you look as good as everyone says? Is it messy or make you look oily after been on a while? I have combo/ oily skin. Thanks for the info 📝

For me it gives me a quick application as sometimes it affords me the option to skip moisturizer, primer. I use Garnier BB for oily/combo skin and I love it. Gives me the perfect amount of coverage for me. And it does a pretty good job at keeping me from looking like a disco ball.

I lovee bb cream I don't wear foundation everyday I'm wearing IT Cosmetics its spf 50 color corecting anti aging and full coverage I don't like putting on a lot of products so this cuts down on all the steps.

Its not necessary its more a substitute for minimal coverage without having to use foundation. I think some ppl use both

Thanks guys! Does it go on smooth just like regular moisturizer you rub n? And you must find one close to your skin tone just like foundation right?

Stephanie...I have three different brands of bb creams and they all require me to apply in sections as the textures aren't like your typical moisturizer. Its ideal to find one that fits your skintone. If one is a tad lighter you can correct with a light application of powder that matches your skintone or sometimes...even better...if it oxidizes a bit on your skin to create a perfect match. I've been lucky as I haven't had to do all that but the brands that have made me happy...Garnier (my number one fave), Smashbox and Bobbi Brown. All three oily free with varying degrees of coverage. :)
