You can put them on your eyebrows to help tame the hairs. I use it for that and to make sure the eyebrow powder stays put. Some people use it since they are not aloud for black mascara.

I use it for my eyebrows after I apply foundation. it gets the foundation out of your eyebrows and, as Bri-bri said, it tames the hairs.

If you curl your lashes and apply the clear mascara it can help maintain the shape.

Basically just holds them in place and holds a curl if you want your lashes to look curly without wearing mascarra. It's perfect for that little extra if you're not allowed to wear makeup.

You can put them on your eyelashes to naturally separate and lenghten without color and you can make your eyebrows stay in place all day long.

Well, if you are very fair and you don't like black they are very useful and you can use them to set your eyebrows. Also I think they look good on the bottom lashes as its not too harsh
