My skin gets really dry after I washed it but so oily as the day goes by. What the most moisturizing moisturizer yall can suggest that has spf 15?

I don't know about spf, but I know aloe vera gel is a great moisturizer. Your skin absorbs it instantly, it moisturizes without making your face oily, and it cools down redness from breakouts.
