Oh sweetie! Never put peroxide on it, it will make it more red! Just gently wash the area and leave it be! I did the exact same thing and man did I regret it

Does it matter what type of toothpaste? I only have Crest Whitening Scope. And thank you, no more benzoyl peroxide for me!

Make sure the toothpaste doesn't have peroxide in it, since it's a whitening toothpaste it might!

Pop a gel cap like Tylenol or Advil and put it on your pimple. The redness won't exist and it'll be next to gone.

NEVER pop an under skin pimple!! Better yet try to avoid popping your pimples period. I would just leave it alone now to let it heal make sure not to put anything on it, no concealer (cover up) just let it breath. Also don't put toothpaste on it either since its open it will burn like crazy and toothpaste only helps pimples when you put it on a an un-popped pimple, if you put it on an already popped pimple it does nothing toothpaste is only for when you have white heads.

If you just popped it, then it'll take more than 48 hours for it to heal over(bodys heal wounds at a weird pace :/) I would just leave it as if you rey to cover it it'll eritate it and make it worse AND longer to heal.

Your putting TOOTHPASTE INTO UR SKIN/ FLESH!! Makes it worse!! Toothpaste is for pimple NOT popped!! It sting also!!

Do not use toothpaste!! Don't do anything but moisturize. I have one on my cheek right now that I accidentally scratched and it's super red but unfortunately it'll take about 3-4 days to get to the point where you can cover it nicely with concealer and about a week or more to get to the point where you can no longer see it without makeup. Just be patient, I know it sucks and I feel your pain (literally) but it'll go away soon!!

Lol I get these all the time because I can't wait for the pimple to form and then it looks like that. I agree that you shouldn't touch it for a few days. You should wash your face often though because it can still drain puss (which is dead cells and bacteria) and if you accidentally touch it, it could spread to another part of your face. Once it starts to crust you could maybe try tea tree oil (but it might sting, that's why you want to wait for it to crust over so It's not an open wound), but to be honest I'd just let it heal on its own. Also please don't put tooth paste on an open wound, it's for your teeth not skin lol...I know this is bad and I'm not saying you should do this but I always scratch it off after the second day and the redness goes away and leaves new skin. D: I hate zits they're so gross!

I had somthing like that and it got out of hand. Took a outlet of months to go away. I wish I seen the doctor sooner. It's gone now though. But to be on the safe side.
