Try a pair of dark wash jeans or capris, it's definitely a cute top. Maybe add a bright colored necklace like a peach color and wear your hair in a fishtail braid.

Personally I would tuck them into either skinny or 'mom' jeans or even a leather-look skirt. For footwear, combat boots, cut-out boots, cleat block heeled boots, brogues... I could go on.
