Hi I'm a swimmer and I wanted to find out if there was an inexpensive way to fix my chlorine damaged hair.

Wet your hair and thickly apply any conditioner. Leave in for around 10 mins. Won't fix it completely though.

Ok would spraying in stay in conditioner before practice perhaps help or not make a difference?

No the conditioner won't help much before. I use a swim cap helps a lot. also afterwards cold water to rinse thoroughly. then add something like a protein or keratin fix which fills the hair folicle.

Use a chlorine shampoo! My brother is a swimmer too, and with this stuff, his hair is so soft and chlorine free!

Get a malibu treatment at a salon for swimmers!

Christiana is right, there are a lot of good shampoos. Do some research and try some.
