Ok so after stopping the pill I go back to breaking out on my chin area and cheeks. Any recommendations on naturally taking care of this instead of going to a dermatologist.

Ok. I am moving in that direction as well. Eating healthier, using more natural products,etc. A few years shy from 40 and want to maintain my youthful look. Staying away from the sun.

@Lilly...you go girl! I'm going to be 40 next February and I'm on the exact path. Eating healthy, exercising and just trying to maintain a simple life (stress is aging). Just wanted to give ya few pointers in case you didn't know...green smoothies and hot green tea are skin lifesavers. I drink both like water on a daily basis and its really helped at keeping my internals on point along with the exterior.

@traci...green smoothies...a generous handful of kale & spinach,along with celery,one banana,a tablespoon of lemon juice,pears,apple,and a small amount of pineapple chunks and a thin slice of ginger. I switch up on the fruit sometimes but I make sure I always overdo it on the green stuff. I have a juicer as well but it cancels out the fiber and the fiber has benefits as well so I might juice maybe once or twice a month.
