There's 2 the first one might sound weird but it really helps me. It's honey and cinnamon. It shouldn't be to goupy and messy it should be a little runny. And you will put it where your blemishes are at. Keep it there for 30 minutes and take it off with a hot wash rag. Then wash you face after. Do that for a day or two works great! 2 is baking soda your face wash and a teaspoon of water mix and apply. You will feel it working!! It's great!
