Some people may not know this but germolene actually helps to reduce redness in spots. Another way to get rid of spots quick, is to apply some toothpaste the the spot and leave it on over night. When you wake up, wash it off and the spot should be reduced. But be careful because some toothpastes can be harmful and burn your skin, leaving red patches that look similar to scabs.
